Relocation of any vehicle type
On average our call out handling times vary between 45 to 90 minutes on average (depending on your location and the current traffic). We always aim to provide our customers a realistic handling time.
First thing you should do is give us a call on 02030962864. Our teams will take a few details from you and try get a recovery team out to you as soon as possible.
We can determine if your vehicle is repairable if it can be fixed within 1 hour or within the capabilities of the recovery mechanic that visits you.
If it is safe to do so turn off the engine and remain in the vehicle on the hard shoulder. Please then contact our claims team who can assist you further, our contact number is 02030962864.
If you cancel a call out and the Recovery Operator has already been dispatched, you will still be billed an administration charge (50% of the total charge) . We recommend that you to wait for assistance anyway, to ensure the vehicle is functioning correctly.
If your vehicle can’t be repaired at the roadside or a local garage within a reasonable amount of time, we will take the vehicle, you and the passengers home or to your chosen destination anywhere in the UK. Additional charges apply.

I lost the power steering on my car, parked up on the hard shoulder and called Easy Pick (after searching through google for recovery companies), their team was very professional and talked me through their service, they took down my details and to my luck sent out a driver within 45 minutes. They assessed the situation and towed by car 22 miles to my local garage in Croydon. Overall their service and professionalism is incomparable. Highly recommended !

My 4x4 suddenly began shuddering whilst I was driving on the M25, i quickly pulled up on a side road off the M25 to check what was wrong, to my dismay my car failed to start up again. I had no clue what the issue was. I called my brother who then recommended I call Easypick. As I had no roadside assistance I was stuck and did not know what the problem was with my car. Easypick took some details off me and asked some straight forward questions to identify the problem. They went through some ways to get my car started again over the phone, however every attempt was unsuccessful. They sent out a roadside mechanic within half hour to my location, the friendly mechanic jump started my car and it turned back on. He then followed me on my route home for 7 miles incase any other issues arose. Luckily everything was fine. Very happy with their service.

Prompt response texted with eta and update text. Called when 5 minutes away took vehicle to destination. Driver very helpful and gave me a few tips with vehicle problems.
